Idle Garden tips and strategy
- Water everything early on. Doubling growth speed is the cheapest boost in the game.
- Buy a second and third plot before unlocking expensive seeds. More plots means more harvests per minute.
- Plant in season crops when you can. The 50 percent bonus adds up fast.
- Your first gardener pays for itself by keeping two plots busy while you are away.
- Put sprinklers on the plots your gardeners tend so those plots run at full speed on their own.
- Rare flowers only appear in their own season, so grow flowers through every season to complete the set.
About Idle Garden
Idle Garden is a calm idle game about growing a little garden into a busy one. Plant seeds in your plots, wait for them to grow, and harvest them for coins. Plants keep growing in real time, so you can step away and come back to a ready crop. Watering a plant makes it grow twice as fast, and every coin you earn goes toward new plots, better seeds and helpers.
Seven crops take you from quick radishes that ripen in seconds to lotus blossoms that take twenty minutes and sell for thousands. Sprinklers keep plots watered for good, gardeners harvest and replant two plots each without you, and rich soil makes everything grow faster. The seasons change every five minutes, and crops that are in season sell for half again as much.
Flowers hide a collection game. Harvesting tulips, sunflowers and lotus can reveal one of eight rare blooms, two for each season. Every rare flower you find adds ten percent to all future harvests. Progress saves automatically on your device, and gardeners keep working while you are away for up to eight hours.
