How to play Word Hunt
Goal: Score as many points as you can before the 60 second timer runs out.
- 1Press Start to reveal six letters.
- 2Spell words of 3 to 6 letters. Each letter tile can be used once per word.
- 3Longer words score more: 3 letters 100, 4 letters 400, 5 letters 1,200, 6 letters 2,000.
- 4When time runs out you see the words you missed, including the six-letter word.

Word Hunt tips and strategy
- Start with three letter words to get points on the board quickly.
- Then add common endings like S, ED or ER to words you already found.
- Look for the six letter word early. It is worth the most and often contains smaller words.
- Shuffle the letters when you run dry. New positions suggest new words.
- Swap one letter at a time in a word you found, for example TAN, TEN, TIN.
- Typing on a keyboard is faster than tapping if you are chasing a high score.
